Processing Time:

Once you’ve placed your order, our dedicated team works diligently to prepare your items for shipment. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. During peak seasons, processing times might be slightly extended, but we assure you that we’re doing our best to get your order ready as quickly as possible. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package and get real-time updates on its whereabouts.

Order Changes and Updates:

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or any other order details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, changes might not be possible. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or postal delays can occasionally impact delivery times. If you experience a significant delay or believe your package is lost, please reach out to us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
